Welcome to Child Nutrition Services!



You may apply for free/reduced meals at any time throughout the year.  If your students have already been pre-approved for the 2018-2019 school year, there is no need to take further action!  If your students have fallen off the program and have returned to PAID status, you may submit an application!

Kitchen Renovation Update 11/13/18

Dear Parents, Students and Staff:

Meal service will resume in the cafeteria effective Tuesday, 11/13/18!  Serving areas include 3 serving carts, the Subway cart and burger windows in the multipurpose room area.  The student store will continue to provide meal service as usual.  Please see links below for further details on the new serving process.

Free Breakfast Program! 

The Child Nutrition Program is offering FREE breakfast for ALL school sites for the breakfast meal that is served before school starts!

Breakfast times vary by site...please check with your school to ensure your student arrives on time for their free breakfast!

The Nutrition Services department is made up of a team of food and nutrition professionals that are dedicated to students' health, well being and their ability to learn. We support learning by promoting healthy habits for lifelong nutrition and fitness practices.

Meals, foods and beverages sold or served at schools meet state and federal requirements which are based on the USDA Dietary Guidelines. We provide students with access to a variety of affordable and appealing foods that meet the health and nutrition needs of students.

Notice: The California Revenue and Taxation Code (RTC) Section 19853(b) requires local educational agencies (LEA) that operate the National School Lunch Program (NSLP) to annually notify households about the Earned Income Tax Credit (EITC) Information Act.
